Ground floor: living room-kitchen sitting area, Wi-Fi, bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 2 pers. / 1 bed 2 pers. / 1 bed 1 pers., 1 bed without foot 2 pers. on the mezzanine), a lounge area with TV leading to the balcony, WC. Terrace and garden. Bed linen included + beds made. Possibility to store bikes. Funicular ski village link Les Arcs 1600 at 7 km, Montchavin / La Plagne to 7 km. Valley of Rosuel 9 km cross-country skiing. Rental Sunday/Sunday in winter. Beautiful contemporary home located 7 km from the funicular of Bourg St Maurice / Les Arcs. Very quiet residential area at the exit of the village. At the foot of the National Park of la Vanoise and the Beaufortain massif. Very good comfort, spacious and bright. Large room overlooking the garden day. Warm stamp. Beautiful terrace with barbecue-oriented West. Very neat and pleasantly flowery garden.
