Access via forest path and stone track (not cleared of snow in winter) over 900m (concierge in charge of bringing up luggage in winter - pedestrian or car access in summer - winter parking in the resort). On 3 levels. On the ground floor: ski room (with boot dryer) and laundry room, toilet, storeroom, kitchen. 1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with private bathroom (shower and toilet), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower and separate toilet). 2nd floor: bedroom/dormitory in the attic (4 single beds 90x190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower and separate toilet). Balcony, 2 terraces, grounds. Outdoor Nordic bath. Ski Les Arcs 1800 at 500m (Charmettoger) and return on skis possible (easy off-piste). Alpine chalet renovated on the edge of forest, close to the golf course and in the heart of the ski area of the Paradiski-Vallandry-Arcs. Surrounded by nature in a setting preserved. Ultra cozy and warm. Mountain atmosphere. Very nice view on the Mont Blanc. At disposal: snowshoes and sleds.
