"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"Super location but house requires modernisation and garden tended so as to allow more sunlight. Lack of wardrobe hanging space in the mezzanine gave us some difficulties and bedding unsuitable for this type of property. Has potential IF modernised."

"We really enjoyed our stay. This was our third visit to the Villa and to Biscarrosse. The Villa, lake and beach were as lovely as we remembered. We hope to return one day."

"The house provides great outdoor areas for chilling and eating. However, the inside is not great at all. There is one Bedroom that is outstanding with a nice bathroom and a view from the bed of the lake. However, all the guests will have a very different experience. The 2nd floor is very low, I kept hitting my head in the bedroom or in the bathroom. There is only 5 bedrooms so I am not sure where the advertized 14 people stay comes from. I would rent again but not at the same price."
