Other Details to Note:
➤ Septic Tank System:
We are on Septic so please please please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste! Guests will be charged for any plumbing emergencies they cause by flushing menstrual products or other trash.
➤ Stargazing:
Stars are most visible during the summer, on days without clouds, and during a new moon. If your goal is stargazing, I recommend sending an inquiry and I would be happy to tell you about conditions during the dates of your stay.
➤ Desert Living:
Just like at Joshua Tree National Park, you might observe some incredible wildlife: rabbits, quails, mice, coyotes, snakes, beetles, and scorpions. If you don't bother them, they won't bother you. Please keep doors and windows closed so you don't have any unexpected visitors.
➤ Parking:
Please park in the driveway and not on the street. There is plenty of on-site parking.
➤ Events & Parties Not Permitted.
