On the ground floor, you will discover 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also discover a sumptuous master suite with its dressing room, toilets, freestanding bathtub and shower.

On the lower level, the 70m² living space, equipped kitchen with central island, solid wood table, cosy sofas, 4x2m bay window opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea.

Whether you are back from a walk or a swim, everything is done in this large apartment for you to feel good. We have designed this accommodation as a cosy and high-end place where peace and relaxation are the key words.

Whether you are 2, 4 or 6, you will have space. Open the window, open your eyes, and breathe!

You can decide to cook at home, go to the restaurants on the other side of the road or 2 minutes away on foot. You can also have a chef come to your home, have your aperitif delivered while comfortably seated with your eyes on the water. You will be lulled by the sound of the sea or the music of the Bose speaker.

In the morning you will leave to enjoy all the possible and imaginable activities in Landeda or the surrounding area.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
