Upon entering this house, you will find yourself in a large open-plan living room that opens onto the terrace. You will find a charming fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. You will be comfortably seated in the living room to read a book provided or to watch television. You can also enjoy family or friends\' meals by the warmth of the stove in winter or on the terrace in summer.

You will also find a separate toilet and the master suite on the ground floor: a beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a lovely shower, a sink and a toilet.

This terrace, accessible from the living room, is very pleasant and sunny. It also provides access to a lovely wooded and enclosed garden.

Upstairs, you will find the 2 other bedrooms of the house. One is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, the second has twin beds (2 beds of 80x200 cm) as well as 2 single beds. This room is particularly suitable for children! On this floor, you will also find a separate toilet and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a sink.

This house is also equipped with a garage with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. This garage can also be used to store bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing equipment...

The house is ideally located 300 m from the port of L\'Aber Wrac\'h. You can easily access it on foot. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes through the port and allows you to discover the full beauty of L\'Aber Wrac\'h. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, the magnificent Sainte-Marguerite peninsula will offer you beautiful sandy beaches. This peninsula is also very popular with watersports enthusiasts, it is a well-known spot for kitesurfing, wingfoil and funboard!

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the Récré des 3 Curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
