"We arrived at the "casita" after nine pm. We opened the gate to find the prettiest little pool area and place to stay. What a wonderful surprise ! Warm, twinkling lights amid florida foliage created such a welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home immediately. Heather and Tim are terrific hosts. They went above and beyond anything that was asked of them. Everything was clean and neat. A perfect size for the two of us. If we come back this way,this is where we'll stay."

"Very clean and close to the ocean (3 min walk) and the quaint town of Dunedin -10 minute walk. Some lovely restaurants in town including the Fish Camp , Cafe Alfresco and Wild Iris cafe (breakfast). The town is recovering from Hurricane Milton and welcomes all tourists. This rental did not appear affected by the hurricane. Worth noting that the unit is a good size for 1 propane but the bed is a little cramped especially if you are tall or broad. "

"We booked this house for a month long stay. It could not have been a more perfect location for us. It is literally around the corner from the main street restaurants, bars and shops. We walked everywhere. The house was nicely remodeled. Fresh paint and sea side decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - except groceries. The air conditioning worked great and the king bed was very comfy. The front porch was nice for evening drinks and relaxation. In the back is a huge deck...

"Wonderful location, walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. We’ve stayed at this location twice, most recently under a new owner and it’s clear they are committed to making your stay a fantastic experience. Bed is not very comfortable, but everything else is terrific! Hoping they upgrade the bed and then looking forward to our next stay!"
