In Lancieux, we offer this charming 150 m² house for rent, with wifi, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with double beds (140x190)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- One bedroom with pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- Three bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
