Welcome to Urban On Franklin.

We consider it an honor to host you in our previous home that has witnessed so many milestones with our sweet babies. We anticipate you enjoying this home with your friends and family as much as we have.

Located six blocks from Downtown Lancaster, you are sure to fall in love with our city. The vibrant food scene, Lancaster Central Market, as well as very enjoyable shops are a highlight for folks from near and far.

The house is a very well kept and updated row home on a busier street. Parking could be an issue but we always found a spot. Kathleen was an amazing host and even checked in on us to make sure we were cool during a heat wave. Beds were crisp and comfortable, would recommend!

Girls get away
House was lovely. Perfect for 5 friends looking for a place to hang out and relax. Hot tub was clean and comfortable! Parking was a little bit tight. Glad we rode together in 1 car 😁

It was a very nice place to stay. We were able to park close by the apartment. The only thing was the food processor was full and had a smell. Also the trash was overflowing where they hadn't picked it up.

Lovely duplex with THE BEST beds. Beautifully decorated with amenities. We drove to all our planned adventures and found easy street parking at the shops and restaurants that on Queen street, and out into the county.

Amazing home
The place was gorgeous and the hot tub was a great addition to the place. It's located in a prime location with a nice short walk to most of the shops and restaurants/bars in the area. We had a wonderful time and the host was very good about responding anytime we had questions!

This was one of the best vrbo properties we have stayed at! The home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in modern farmhouse style. No detail was overlooked. The linens were high quality, beds comfortable and plenty of convenient paper and kitchen supplies were available. We loved the outdoor area and hot tub. Kath kindly provided lots of great recommendations for food and things to do. Definitely recommend a stay here while in Lancaster!

Spacious, beautifully decorated with a blend of old world and mid century modern decor . Three floors of beautifully decorated rooms . Beds were very comfortable and bathroom linens were first rate . Because we were all over 60, the narrow , steep stairs to the second and third floors were a surprise . As a matter of suggestion It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan in the 3rd floor bedroom and instructions for checkout responsibilities at time of check in ( I almost didn’t check my email last night and would have missed housekeeping instructions ) Had a great time with friends and the hostess was great to work with !

A perfect spot
My husband went to college in Lancaster, so we visit pretty often to see friends in the area. This house is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. It keeps the uniqueness of an older townhouse, while having gorgeous furnishings and updated bathrooms. It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. The hot tub was such a great little treat after a day of walking around town and going to the market. We really loved it and we hope to be back next time we visit Lancaster! Thanks for a great stay.

Affordable and Luxe Lancaster Townhouse
The house was very modern, and had a very nice location close to town. All 8 of our party enjoyed our stay there, and the owner was very understanding of when our car broke down and let us stay longer. It was a great space with a great host!

Lovely Mid Century home central location
Cleanliness was pristine. The floors were barefoot clean and freshly refinished. Furniture, decore was new and eye pleasing, finished off as one would do for their own home. The beds were not too firm, not too soft. Very good sleeping. Two queen bedrooms were on third floor with no bathroom. The area was landscaped, with a wonderful private back patio area and picnic table.. We loved our stay.
