Relax and unwind in this quiet, scenic neighborhood while you relax on your back deck overlooking the garden and pool. One bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed and the other sleeps two in a full bed. Enjoy an evening in front of your beautiful fireplace while enjoying a meal you've prepared. Cable television as well as high speed internet included. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge, and range also provided for your use. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Please note that the pool is only open through the end of September.

We absolutely loved this home and the beautiful neighborhood it was located in. We enjoyed the fireplace and the beautiful fall foliage. The beds were very comfortable, the view was amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to stay here again next year.

Serene & Lovely Stay in Lancaster
A beautiful place to stay when visiting Lancaster. Quiet, peaceful and serene. The house is lovely and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home plus a gorgeous pool. Lisa is a wonderful hostess who made our stay everything we had hoped it would be. Will definitely be staying again in the near future!

Great Getaway!
My husband and our two children enjoyed our time at this beautiful guesthouse! The kids loved the pool and there was lots of fun activities close by. Lisa informed us of different things the kids may enjoy and we checked out the railroad, the science factory and made a 40 minute drive to Hershey too! Lisa quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Exceptional Stay
First and foremost, our host was great. She was inviting and available to our questions, needs and requests. We had to run out for a few household items and cleaning supplies, but overall it, the house was stocked with the necessities. The lodging was comfortable and the area peaceful. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay was great. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The host was reponsive. It is only about 15 minutes from downtown Lancaster, so you get the best of both worlds. Quiet beautiful neighbor hood to relax and city conveniences just minutes away.

Always a great spot for a little R&R
Love this property! It is tidy and cozy and we have stayed here multiple times in both winter and summer and will continue to do so. Lisa and Francois are very pleasant (but not nosy!) and very helpful if there are ever any issues. And the pool is a BIG plus! You feel like you're out in the country but in reality you're only 5 to 10 minutes away from a ton of activities and restaurants. Go and enjoy yourselves!

Beautiful and cozy guest house.
This property is gorgeous and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. The kids loved the saltwater pool and never wanted to get out of it. Our only issue was the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was a little off. but it didn’t really impact our overall enjoyment of this wonderful property. I’d highly recommend this vrbo to anyone.

This location is exactly what we wanted to explore Amish surroundings. This location was close by every place we wanted to go to. We had all the amenities that we needed. The property was very nice and inviting!! Will come back again in the future!! Thank you Lisa & family for a very nice time, the pool was very nice too!!

Perfection, as always!
We have stayed at this property 6 or 8 times now (winter and summer) and it's always lived up to our expectations. You can't beat a fabulous pool in the summer but it's also clean and secure and the owner is very approachable with any issue - even when she was out of the country during this stay! We were there late March. Was chilly in the evening. We wanted to have a fire in the fire place but no wood. Microwave was not clean. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

It was a great stay
The house is clean and nice but I did have 2 small issues. The house wifi was a bit slow and the pool was dirty but that could be because of the rain storms. Other than that it was a great stay!

Not clear on expectations
A few things not up to my standards. The guesthouse is connected to their home which was slightly off putting though this did not impact the stay or the trip as we were gone most of the time. A dirty towel was hanging on the back of one of the bedroom doors when we arrived, Keurig did not function, & the shower did not have much pressure as it would still pour out of the tub faucet. If I was back in the area I would find a different spot to stay. Overall it was a quaint little spot to stay and I appreciated the hosts response time and hospitality.

Quaint and quiet
The property was located in a great rural setting in Lancaster County. Close enough to great places like Kitchen Kettle Village and Downtown Lancaster but yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The overall cleanliness of the home was great, the pool however was not as expected. The water was very cloudy to the point you couldn’t see through to the bottom and as we swam and walked we began to slip and kick up leaves from the bottom. The furniture inside could use some updating, the sofa was torn and not very comfortable. The upstairs queen bedroom remained warm throughout our stay and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep due to hot temperatures outside. The owner was very friendly and welcoming in communications and even left a bottle of wine and popcorn for us which was a nice touch. Overall our stay was as anticipated, a quiet anniversary getaway.

Beautiful home
Owners are nice, and they left us a box of donuts which was very kind. Pool needed cleaning as it had plenty of bugs and was very cloudy. Upon entering, the home appeared clean, but could use a more in-depth cleaning as the walls were dirty and sticky (mainly in bathroom and kitchen). We were notified about two hours before check-in that there will be a construction company there (for the balcony) and that they will be around for about an hour. However, they were still there about two hours after check in. We were unable to park in the driveway due to the work van being there. It was frustrating, because we drove hours from home and just wanted to relax. Next day, we were notified that the pool company was coming. We were thinking it would be okay since they probably are cleaning it, but nope, it was not cleaned. We are not sure what they did. Owner had a guest walking on the property (appeared to be a landscaper doing an estimate) when we were told it would be private . The balcony in the one room was unavailable as they were having construction. That was totally fine. The bedroom across from it was cozy and was the cleanest place in the house. Place is connected to the owners’ home. If you are looking for total privacy, this place is not for you. We didn’t know there would be construction going on and the pool not being cleaned made it not as relaxing. I hate to write any negative reviews, and was hesitant on doing so, but I hope this review can only make it better for future guests as this property has so much more potential.

Great stay for the month
We booked this property for the whole month of October. From the start, Lisa was great at communicating and was very responsive to answer any questions we had before our stay. We traveled with our toddler, and she even asked if we needed her to put out a high chair and pack ‘n play to accomodate our daughter which was also helpful. Check-in was simple. She gave us the code for the lockbox and the house itself upon entering was even better than the photos showed. Beautiful, very clean and neat and also welcoming. We were curious about the kitchen because we noticed no photos were listed, and previous reviews mentioned that it was small. We found it had everything we needed to make preparing and cooking meals easy and the large pantry had all kinds of appliances and pots, etc. The smaller size of the kitchen wasn’t a big deal for us since it had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great, and we enjoyed sitting out there throughout the day. It was very peaceful and very appreciated. There was a specific flowery bush out there that attracted the butterflies and honeybees that our toddler loved watching. Chipmunks were also frequently seen from the window while we ate meals at the dining room table. (No comments for the pool since it was closed for the season but looks like a great time when it can be used.) The bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable to sleep in. Weekend get away
This cottage was located with in a quiet neighborhood. The owner Lisa was super amazing. My husband and I accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage at 8:30 at night. We had went outside to sit on the porch didn’t realize that although the door handle opened from the inside but was actually locked from the outside. Thank God Lisa our host was home. She was able to come through her home to the cottage and let us in.
