It was my second time staying here visited a month ago. I did pre check in the day before. I arrived at the hotel between 3-4 pm the front desk had trouble locating my booking which was weird because she already had a copy of my confirmation and assigned room number. After an hour we finally get a key to the room 304, once inside we noticed a coffee cup on the bed and trash in the trash can and it looks like the bed was sat it looked as if we were given access to someone’s room, I call the front desk she ask us to come down she’d give us a new room room. She then gave us room 129 which smelled like dogs we asked to be moved she then moved us to room 133 same thing smelled like dogs. My boyfriend and I had an event to make it to which we are bye running late for. We decide to take it up with someone else on another shift the girl helped us was new. We get back at 1am explain the situation to the new person on duty who tells us he “does not have to accommodate us, but will” he was training someone. He asked lots of personal questions like why were we coming in so late. Asking did we unpack. Did i trust my boyfriend just weird questions. Finally we were moved, i had requested late check out and was approved showed the front desk proof they kept saying they couldn’t see it in the system i contacted the customer service and was told i can check out at 1. I started receiving phone calls prior to 1 on the hotel phone as well as my cell phone asking us to leave. Horrible service
