"The apartment was great for a weekend away in Dubuque. The location in the Mill Work District was perfect with different restaurants and bars within walking distance. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the apartment was very clean and stocked with all of the amenities and supplies you need. The reserved parking spot right behind the building was very convenient as well. Overall it was a great stay!"

"The place was great! Everything you needed was available. Very nicely decorated. Only complaint was I received a bunch of emails that had nothing to do with the emails I had sent. No acknowledgement about what was in my emails. Seemed like it was a generic email just sent automatically. Did not get that welcoming feeling from host that you usually get."

"The owner did a great job refurbishing an old building in the heart of downtown Dubuque. The unit is comfortable and has all the necessities to cook a meal and have a good nights rest. There is a farmer's market on the street Saturday mornings and there are numerous shops, coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance. You can hear the train horns in the night which comes with the location."

"The unit itself was nice, clean and centrally located. It was great that there were air conditioning controls in each bedroom so you could set your desired temperature. The first night we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although the view was not the best I misunderstood the parking situation- it said parking available and on street parking which I thought it was free. "The house was as advertised. It was very clean and organized and had exactly the starter items we needed to survive the first night since we arrived late. It is in a great neighborhood and worth a walk around the block to enjoy the great view over the city. There are stairs that lead down the bluff into downtown. We actually walked to breakfast at Birdies Bistro about 10 minutes away and to the beautiful library which is even closer. We would definitely stay again!! We enjoyed our time in this...
