"Staff was friendly. Rooms were a goodsize but we could here runni g water fromotherpatrons rooms. Pool was cleaan but no hotel towels. We had to use our own"

"The breakfast was quite good the only issue was the hotel was at capacity and the schools that were staying there were all coming down at the same time and the rest of my party was not able to get breakfast. The rest of the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and overall experience was lovely. "

"We had a wonderful time at this home in Lanark when we recently were in the Calabogie area for a track event. The location, set-up, and features of the home were perfect for what we needed as a family of four (including two teenage girls who didn’t want to share a bed/room). Graham was AMAZING to work with and was super quick to reply to all inquiries. If we came back to the area for another track event we will definitely stay again if availability allows! "The location was great for our needs during our stay. The view from our room of the river and boats was gorgeous. The back of the lodge view was unpleasant.(where parking was) The lodge itself was a tad run down and could use new carpets and a paint job . The elevator was extremely tiny, but did the job for getting up and down to our floors. There is a restaurant pub attached to the lodge which looks good but we didn't go inside. Breakfast needs to be improved, as it was only toast, bagels, cereal and yogurt. It had coffee and juice all day which was convenient. We had a couple hiccups upon check in but the manager was fast and efficient on resolving the issues and she was very pleasant and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and liked the lodge. "

"This is a very well-maintained property at an excellent location. Lots of dining options nearby with a 24/7 Tim Hortons. The rooms are extremely clean, beds are comfortable and very good water pressure for shower and faucets. Mini fridge really works, and has a freezer rack. All appliances were in good working condition. We have stayed at a lot of 3-star and 4-star hotels and rooms here are better than all of them. Proprietors are friendly people but not overbearing. We'd love to stay here when we visit Perth!"
