The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a residential house with several floors, facing the Porto Vecchio harbour. It is just a few steps from the town centre.

The owner is happy to help with booking leisure activities or other services, as well as arranging trips, or facilitating the hiring of boats, cars, motorbikes or loungers in the bays.

The two-room apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished. The front door opens into the living room, which has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm), a dining table, a sideboard, and a terrace door with a view of the harbour. The bedroom has wooden furniture, with a double bed (160 x 190cm), two wardrobes, a dresser and bedside tables. It is possible to add a supplementary single bed on request. The kitchen is equipped with a modern electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. The apartment has air conditioning (cool/warm) throughout and provides satellite TV and wireless Internet access.

The apartment faces Porto Vecchio, a departure point for boat trips. Below the residential house there is a public car park. Owing to the central location, the apartment is just a few steps from the town centre and shopping facilities, grocery shops, restaurants etc, within a radius of 100 metres.
