"Excellent location 10 mins on no10 bus from outside the airport. Attractive,simple, well designed, everything worked and was spotless . Friendly, efficient staff. Requested a quiet room and it was exactly that, overlooking a pleasant garden. Excellent breakfast in spacious quiet dining room. Right opposite large indoor shopping mall with food outlets and supermarket. Bus stops 2 mins from entrance. Would definitely use again"

"What a quaint, lovely hotel! Fantastic location, near all the main sights and a free Geneva transport card included! The rooms were traditionally styled and the boat statues on each floor of the hotel were a lovely touch. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem with our travel adapters and the staff were more than happy to help! Would definitely recommend!"

"This was the last hotel in a longer trip. The hotel is very near the bus terminal and just across the road to the train station so really convenient. The room was ok, clean and comfortable. We’d to ask for tea because there was only 1 teabag there. But staff were pleasant and everything as expected. I’d stay again. "

"I love this hotel, it’s well located, efficient and the lobby/cafe is perfect for a coffee or glass of wine. My only issue is that I often come back late from dinner and the entrance is in essentially an alley. I know Geneva is generally safe but I have to go into city mode preparing to run or defend myself as I take the last steps to the front entrance. "
