"This property is absolutely beautiful! Located in a quiet village in a region of rolling hills and vineyards. Closest little town is about 5 minutes away which is convenient for groceries. St. Emilion and all its offerings is a 20 minute drive. We found this to be a great spot to explore the Bordeaux region. Please note you will need a car. "France was really helpful prior to and on arrival. Bed superbly comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lovely Buddha garden was perfect and dog safe. You do need to speak French to communicate easily. "

"Helpful host who adjoins the property so any issues easily resolved as they are on hand. Was very hot when we stayed and although fans provided it made sleeping in the mezzanine very warm. The pool was a welcome relief and kept spotlessly clean by the host who shut it down each evening and cleaned each day. Lovely welcome ‘basket!’ of wine, bread, pizza etc. great location to visit Saint Emilion, Bergerac etc and lots of fabulous markers. Would stay again"

"We very much enjoyed our stay, taking time to visit Blaye, St Emilion and the city Bordeaux. Places we would happily visit again. We ate outside in the shade of the cherry tree each night. The well stocked DVD library meant our kids were never short of entertainment. The owner Herve gave very good advice on local amenities and places to eat. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood of the village and we enjoyed several walks to the nearby banks of the Dordogne river. We recommend this property...

"Only a step away from everything in Libourne Great little place for a couple. Old spiral wooden staircase to living section so no good for older people. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine I garage. Outside really not great but can put washing out there to dry Great communication with host."
