"Receptionist treated me like I’m second grade class. They’ve put me in different building as like they’ve said they got more families with more kids so I don’t recommend to go there if you are a single parent with 1 child!!! Also be careful where you rent ski equipment as the guys working there are not helpful at all…."

"The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "

"This is a perfect location for those wanting to have a base and venture out and about. The rooms are perfect with tea and coffee facilities for that cuppa when you just need a drink. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom/wet room is fantastic with toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel has a bar with a great selection and excellent prices. There is a sauna which is available to guests. Highly recommend 👌. "
