"The villa was clean, comfortable, and in delightful surroundings. The terrace was excellent for supper outside and there was lots to visit in the surrounding area. Perfect really. So why the mark-down on listings when the villa was every bit as good as described? There was a misunderstanding on additional billing for electricity usage. "Good location, pretty peaceful garden. Surprised no linen changes for second week, never experienced this in twenty years self catering in Italy. We had good weather end Sept. beginning of October however the pool was to cold to use and there was no maintenance, sure it would be great in summer months. The hosts were lovely and answered any questions."
