"Please do not listen to the bad reviews. This property is five stars all the way from the total amenities to the room itself to the entire staff. We got there late and even at 12 am they were able to arrange a taxi that was more than reasonable to give us a tour the next morning starting at 8:30 am! The towels Were big clean and no wear on them at all. I read through the bad reviews and completely unfounded and completely underserved. The property is Hilton standards and at a great price! "Very nice hotel for a great price but air conditioning not working and seems like that is a constant issue. Even though it was cool outside, the room was very stuffy and the windows couldn’t open and they could not even provide a fan. Disappointing because it really wouldn’t cost them that much to have fans in hand by request "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff and team were incredibly accommodating. The property sits right above the beach and is accessible to walking the beach in both directions. There are many restaurants to visit. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet and having them to fix you an omelet if you are an omelet person. "

"Loved our stay here. Front desk staff were very helpful. Our junior suites were big and clean. Each room is a different style. Very nice. The highlight of this place is the breakfast. Sanah was managing multiple tables and the spread was truly amazing!!"

"It was conveniently located close to business district. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Breakfast, buffet style , was sufficient. Dinner had optines buffet style or a la carte, prices are reasonable. Spa was good with enough choices for a stay. Staff throughout the stay was very helpful. "

Extraordinary property with a magnificent view

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful renovated house with a magnificent view on the river. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pool,… all is well decorated with respect for the character of the house. A hidden gem. The old city of Azemmour is not very touristic, but the more an authentic place. The inhabits are very nice and helpful. A place to discover. The more you walk in the old streets and narrow allees towards the river, the mire you see the beauty of it and how it must have look line in glorious times."

"Etablissement très bien tenu, bien situé avec un personnel de restauration, d'entretien très serviable. Une plage magnifique privée surveillée. Période de faible affluence très agréable. Le seul bémol les options pour le dîner car pas de buffet et une offre de carte restreinte. Un restaurant à proximité qui fonctionne avec l'hôtel mais est axé avant tout sur la recherche du bénéfice et non le service au client de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble c'était super."

Host said there is no reservation

"We booked online. Went to the location contacted the host to my surprise the host told me that there is no Reservation, I sent them A screenshot of the reservation and they said it not showing after that they offered us to Pay them directly I declined and contacted vrbo"
