"Ideal location in city centre within 200m of Trindade metro station. Welcoming staff in a very clean and comfortable reception area. Our room was very clean, everything worked and was modern and up to date. The WiFi also worked well (much better than most hotels in the UK). 5G reception was also good around Porto. The cafe next door was great for breakfast and was really efficient."

Breakfast with wide variety of fresh baked pastries, fresh squeezed juices, cappuccino/espresso/coffee choices, cheeses and prosciutto, fresh eggs and fresh fruit selections. Gracious, welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Bikes to borrow for the day/hour! Didn’t have kiddos with us but there were lots around and were well accommodated. Staff appeared to speak a variety of languages incl English, at least one spoke French, Spanish. "
