"My teenage daughter and I were up for the weekend to visit my son at PSU. The Milk House was perfect for the 2 of us. Close enough to campus but quiet at night. The cottage is charming, updated, and extremely clean. The kitchen is so convenient. We loved waking up and seeing all of the animals. We are hoping to come back!"

"Super clean and close to university as we could walk there. We did ask for early check in and the host did agree. However, we were told that someone else had rented the night before. We couldnt check in early, which I understand. I just wish the host had reached out to us before we got there. Will stay again if we are in the area. "

This home has a nice blend of inside and outside family gathering areas as well as rooms for personal space. Perfect place to prep for a Penn State tailgate, too. "We were very appreciative of the nice stay we had. The host was extremely gracious leaving us snacks, breakfast items, and wine!!! What a welcome surprise after a long Football game day. Would certainty consider staying here again. We almost didnt make the trip with an unexpected medical issue, but decided to go anyway, and glad we did!"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mallard Place! We have been visiting our son who lives nearby for years and always stayed in hotels. I gave Mallard Place a try and I will never stay anywhere else! The property is beautiful, everything works wonderfully, it’s a short drive to State College, having a winery next-door is lovely! The hosts were excellent to work with. Truly will never stay anywhere else in that area."

"We had a very nice stay at the Love Shack. Jane went out of her way to think of everything and added many extras -- water bottles in each bedroom, wine, toiletries, and snacks. The house was spotless and the layout was great -- the heated family room was especially cozy. The binder with restaurants and other information was very helpful. Truly 5 stars (not just Vrbo "everyone gets 5 stars")."

"Had a great time at the Cabins this was our 2nd visit. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. We needed more towels and they were brought up immediately. Family stayed next door and they were equally as happy. Zero complaints aside from the fridged cold but that’s not their fault!"
