"Very good service when we arrived, friendly and informative. The decor was retro cute. The internet was VERY slow, unusable. We were told that there would be breakfast, including waffles. The morning staff informed us that, "He was sorry, but not the normal breakfast person." So, although there was cold stuff to eat, the breakfast was pretty disappointing. The morning staff was more about excuses than service. "

"Simple roadside motel, no frills. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. TV would turn in but we couldn’t figure out how to get any channels to appear. It was late so wasn’t concerned. Breakfast was bare minimum- yogurts, bread for toast and boiled eggs. "

"The man running the hotel was very rude. He tried giving us a dirty room. The beds were slept in, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash in the trash cans and dead bugs on the floor. The air conditioning didn’t work right and the people next to us said the same. This would be a gold mine if they had the right management and put new mattresses in. There’s absolutely no reason to treat your customers like this. Maybe saying hello and a smile on your face would help. "
