"Pros- friendly staff, lovely private pool (we stayed at the villa that’s connected to the beach, wonderful view and nice beach area in front of place Cons- master bath sink had a heavy mold smell, cleanliness and upkeep were poor, entry to all rooms was outside- none were connected, large cracks ..."

"New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting.
