"The chalet was overall great, and everything was in order. Before we left, I noticed a first aid kit and hairdryer in the drawer beside the bed. It would be better if they were placed in a more visible spot. As for cleanliness, the chalet was very clean, but I did notice unclean towels left in the laundry basket upon our arrival. I’m sure this was an oversight, but it’s worth mentioning to the housemaid to ensure extra attention to detail."

"i need to speak to someone about refund because i couldn’t stay due to the unsanitary condition the property was in. there were dogs and the owner slept on the property and locked the main floor away from us. i need someone to contact me please"

"The townhouse was great and had a nice view. It fit our extended family well. There isn't much in the immediate area other than a small grocery store, but the nature reserve and the two of Eden is nearby. The only minor problem we had was that the lock on the front door needed to be fixed before we could enter which took a few minutes. "
