"I was concerned when I drove up - the grounds were weedy and unkempt, and there were construction workers barbecuing on the edge of the parking lot. But inside all was clean, quiet and comfortable, and staff was attentive. They said the workers outside were long-term guests and were allowed to gather outside on a Friday afternoon as long as they were quiet and didn't bother guests, and that was absolutely the case.
