THE PROPERTY
This two-story, 3-bedroom home sleeps 8. Open French doors from the dining room onto the porch to relax and enjoy the view. This artfully appointed home has a state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast area for two with a view of the lake. Family and friends will enjoy meals at the large dining room table which seats 8. Leather seating in the living room lends comfort to watching the 70-inch TV, if you’re not mesmerized by the panoramic lake view. The main level also features a master bedroom, which sleeps two (a Queen bed) and has a bath with a shower. The main guest bathroom includes a tub and shower, and an additional bedroom sleeps 2 (a Queen bed). The lower level has a bedroom which sleeps 4 (two Queen beds) with an attached bath and a view of the lake. All bedrooms have large TVs. A game room on the lower level is equipped with a pool table, dart board, TV and bar area. An adjacent utility room has a washer and dryer. Outside, the lower level also includes a paved patio area with a fire pit, grill and outside seating.

Free lake and river accesses are minutes away! Leave your boat at a local marina or park it at our office, just minutes from the home. Lakeview Marina and Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock rent ski, bass and pontoon boats as well as jet skis, paddle boards and tubing and ski equipment. Love to fish? There is bank access on both the lake and river or book a trip of a lifetime with a guide for a half- or full-day fishing adventure on the White River or Bull Shoals Lake.
Be sure to check out Bull Shoals-White River State Park just down the road. The park, a free product of Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage & Tourism, is well worth a visit. The park offers hiking and biking tails, summer interpretive programs for children and adults, camping sites and the James A. Gaston Visitor Center. The center includes info on Bull Shoals Dam, a movie about the White River and museum displays. Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts offers a variety of different entertainment. Bull Shoals Caverns and Mountain Village 1890 is just 10 minutes away. The Twin Lakes Area also has various craft malls and antique stores.
