THE SPACE:
Set against a lush hillside in the SoCal town of El Cajon, the showstopper at this stunning property is the amazing backyard entertainment area that all ages will love. A tropical paradise awaits outdoors with a pool, spa, waterslide, and fun games. Inside, every corner of the home has been expertly designed and loaded with cool amenities to provide a getaway experience like no other.
Enter the two-story residence and step into the main social area where the first floor easily flows between a gleaming, state-of-the-art kitchen, sophisticated dining area, and super comfy living room. The entire space is modern and bright, creating the perfect backdrop for entertaining, sharing meals, streaming shows on the Smart TV, playing billiards, or simply relaxing by the fireplace. There is even a queen bedroom with a full bathroom on the first level for those who need to avoid stairs.
Head upstairs to find the other four private bedrooms, including the main suite which is a luxury retreat that boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and 4-piece bathroom with dual sink vanity and soaking tub. The other bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options such as a bunkroom that the kiddos will love, a well-appointed queen bedroom, and another fab room with a twin and queen bed. Every bedroom in the home has a smart TV with streaming cable and storage for travel items. Adding to the long list of conveniences in this home, another full bathroom with shower/tub combo is also upstairs.
The large backyard has a huge pool with a super fun waterslide and a relaxing jacuzzi that are available year-round, as well as a tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded dining area, fire pit, playground, cornhole, ladder toss, and green space for volleyball or badminton. There's even an outdoor TV so you never miss a minute of the big game while the little ones play outside. More fun indoors includes a full gym and ping pong table in the garage. With spectacular views of the mountains and enough space for 16 guests, this property is perfectly set up to provide endless hours of entertainment and relaxation for everyone in your group!

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house and grounds including the spacious garage, pool, laundry area, and fenced front and back yards are exclusively available to guests. You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.
-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.
-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.
-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 12 guests.
-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

The city itself has an abundance of retail and commercial shops, plus the area is famous for its near perfect climate, family friendly experiences, and endless supply of everything needed to create a perfect vacation!
Our natural areas offer hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, and camping in the vast and beautiful wilderness that surrounds El Cajon. Spend an afternoon hiking Cowles Mountain, mountain biking through Mission Trails Regional Park, strolling along Lake Murray or fishing on El Capitan Reservoir.
From here you can hit the Pacific Beaches in about 25 minutes with several great options to choose from including Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores Beach, and Coronado Beach. For breathtaking views and the most amazing sunsets that you will ever see, visit Sunset Cliffs Natural Park – definitely an Insta-worthy spot you don’t want to miss.
Flower lovers won’t want to miss the spring wildflower bloom in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park (just over an hour’s drive away), where each year a blanket of color covers the desert floor. If you have time in your schedule while you are here, be sure to head east up to the mountains and into the desert where the historic mountain town of Julian and Borrego Springs can be accessed from Highway 79 off Interstate 8.

Getting Around
El Cajon can be accessed by heading east from San Diego on Interstate 8. El Cajon can also be reached via the Orange or Green lines of the San Diego Trolley.
Our property is easily accessible via the I-8 Freeway, and the overall area is best explored with a personal vehicle. There is private parking for 2 cars in the garage and another 4 cars in the secure gated driveway.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, with early check-in subject to availability. Please inquire with us about any fees for early check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A $100 fee will be applied for every 20 minutes after 10:00 am. If check-out is after 1:00 pm, an additional night’s stay will be charged, plus an additional $500 penalty fee.
Quiet Hours: Guest hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times. Excessive noise may result in penalties or termination of the reservation.
Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless additional guests are approved in advance. Extra guests will incur additional fees.
Security: Security cameras monitor the property exterior, and Noiseaware sensors monitor noise levels inside and outside.
Smoking: No smoking inside the home.
Biohazards: Vomit, stool, or blood on the property will incur extra cleaning fees.
Pets: A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets. All pets must be authorized before check-in.
Liability: The reservation holder is responsible for all guests and any damages or incidents that occur during the stay.
Smart thermostats are available for your use. Temperature limits are set on thermostats. Please keep windows and doors closed when using heating or cooling.
Pool Rules:
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass is allowed in the pool area. The pool and spa can be heated upon request, but fees may vary based on energy costs. Please inquire about current pricing. Heating requests should be made in advance, preferably at the time of booking, and can take up to 10 hours to reach 82 degrees. Fees must be paid before heating begins. Do not tamper with pool equipment.
