Beachside community of Lakeside, this stunning cottage,designed and owned by Revive Home Restoration, embodies the relaxing charm of 3rd coast living. Having been featured in Inspired Living Magazine, Revive is best known for seamlessly marrying original architectural details with modern day living. The result is a beautiful vintage cottage reimagined to offer the very best in entertaining, special getaways, and everything in-between.

The cottage offers fully updated kitchen and baths, wide plank hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, beautiful light-filled spaces, french doors throughout, separate family room and living/dining room, as well as in-unit laundry. Perfectly furnished rooms combine cottage chic with modern amenities. A beautiful wood burning fireplace will keep you warm on chilly nights. Lush outdoor gardens and three separate decks provide the ultimate in outdoor gathering and secluded relaxation. The home offers plenty of private spaces for those needing to "work from home".

The master bedroom allows for separation and privacy from the rest of your guests. Brand new bath directly off master features large walk-in shower and double vanity with carerra marble top. Two additional large bedrooms and adjoining room accommodates sleeping arrangements for up to six additional guests and is served by a second bath with tub/shower combination and double vanity.

The private association beach with plenty of lakefront is just two short blocks. Enjoy your feet in the sand while watching Michigan's incredible sunsets, or curl up with a cup of hot coco by the fire in the winter. Conveniently located just minutes from New Buffalo and a short walk to Lakeside restaurants and boutique shops, you'll find the very best of the Harbor Country coastline including: vineyards, breweries, restaurants, boating and shopping.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi/smart TV, outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, bath towels, bath toiletries, paper and laundry/cleaning products, central A/C and heating. All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels.

Strict cleanliness standards apply, as always, but particularly now during COVID-19. That being said, we ask that guests adhere to the scheduled check-out time to allow for the substantial cleaning process between guests.

Loved this cottage - it was perfect our family! Decorated very nicely, very comfortable and clean. The garden setting was very relaxing! Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Beach easily walkable with access to private beach area. We’ll be back for sure!

Adorable cottage!
It’s a lovely little getaway spot! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very cozy and comfy. Just a short walk to Lake Michigan and a short drive to many wineries and breweries! We really enjoyed our time there!

Charming lake house
Lake Michigan cottage with the typical charm of the lake area. Nicely laid out with master on one side of the house with the other two bedrooms on the opposite side. Great decks on the exterior and as always the beaches are spectacular!

Beautiful and peaceful cottage
The cottage was gorgeous with plenty of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. So tranquil! And it was beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels and sheets/bedding and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. It was a short walk to the association beach, which was never very crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing girls weeekend getaway!!!
Gigi was amazing and really helpful! Chose this place as a surprise getaway for my wife and her girl friends. It was exactly as advertised! Relaxing, cozy, and close to the beach. There were 5 of them, but could have had a few more and still been comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Lovely house close to lake and everything else
This was my second stay at this house; I’ve also rented another of Gigi’s houses in Three Oaks. Both places are beautifully decorated with excellent modern bathrooms, lots of outdoor space, with privacy provided by the gorgeous treed lot. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are both comfortable and nicely furnished. An easy walk to the private community beach, and lots of great shops, cafes, bakeries etc nearby. I’ll definitely be back!

Love this vacation home!
We have stayed here 3 times. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach and an easy drive to restaurants and entertainment. We think it is a great location! The place is clean and comfy and the decor is beachy/shabby chic that gives a great vacation atmosphere. The floor plan works well for separation between the primary bedroom and guest spaces. We like that it has landscaping around to provide privacy on the outdoor porches and decks. Kitchen has been fine for our needs. I would highly recommend.

Charming and Roomy with Great Location!
Gigi's home was perfect for our time away! As tastefully done as the pictures show, and much bigger than we anticipated. Master BR is separated from other BR's and provides a great deal of privacy. Plenty of room to congregate as a group or find your own space. Especially enjoyed the private beach access, only saw a few other beach goers the whole time we were there, it was like we had it to ourselves! We'd definitely come back!

Lovely cottage with a warm and inviting charm!
Our family of 4 spent a long weekend at this delightful, spacious cottage. The layout of the cottage was perfect as it has two separate living spaces - perfect to be together, or have some separate space for the teenagers! There are several outdoor areas to enjoy - complete with comfortable seating. The association beach area is an easy 2 1/2 blocks from the cottage. Gigi was great to work with - answering questions immediately and making suggestions as to what to do/see or where to eat in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

I really loved this property and its location however, it is listed as having 4 bedrooms which is not accurate. What they consider the 4th bedroom is not a private space with 4 walls and a door but a walk through to the other bedrooms and bathroom with a daybed. Also, the bed in one of the master bedrooms was incredibly hard and not even slightly comfortable.

Highly recommended!
We stayed at Gigi's place for a night after doing a wine tour in the area. Her cottage looked amazing in the pictures and is even better in person! It is very large. We had 8 girls total and it was very comfortable. The beach is walking distance. The deck was great and we were able to grill and have dinner outside. Gigi is very responsive and communicated effectively before and throughout our trip. My friends and I were very pleased with our stay.

Lakeside Coziness
Our spring visit at Lakeside Cottage was sunny and cozy. Nestled in a quiet garden, the cottage is a two minute walk to Lake Michigan. Wicker chairs on the front porch and additional decks made it easy to enjoy the outdoor living areas when we returned from hiking the dunes and visiting local areas. We loved the coziness of the cottage when it came time to head indoors. The two spacious living areas made it an ideal place for family time. Breakfasts and dinners were spent on the deck or in the dining area overlooking the garden. The comfortable bedrooms were located in two areas adjoining the main living area allowing for quiet space. Gigi is a perfect host who loves to share this piece of lakeside heaven.

Stayed over mothers day weekend with my mom and four sisters. The house is immaculate and equipped with everything you may need. Bathrooms look brand spanking new. Gigi is a great host. The beach is a short walk (less than 5 mins) and the beach is big this year, lots of sand! One thing to note... the 4th bedroom is almost like a bonus room with a cozy daybed connected to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. You can't get the 2nd bathroom or the 2nd and 3rd bedroom without walking through that daybed area. It was totally fine for us, but something to note if you have a group that requires more privacy.

Overall it's a very cute cottage, however we didn't feel like it should be rated high for cleanliness. There was sand in the twin bed sheets and the trundle beds. There was mold on the shower curtain in guest bath. We found body hairs all over the baths( everywhere)! Not just in the showers, on the walls, in the drawers, etc. When we checked in Saturday and began to cook we were swarmed with fruit flys. They were so bad we actually had to set traps. The floors were not swept either, Cobb webs and spiders under hutches. Overall we rented because it was rated top for cleanliness. The walk to the beach is longer than what they advertise as well. They had a neighbor with a barking dog. It never stopped. It was miserable to sleep in this house because of neighbors dog. This neighborhood obviously doesn't have a noise orndance.

Cutest Cottage
Perfect place for our girls’ weekend! The house is so charming and comfortable. Surrounded by the changing fall leaves, this home is conveniently located with only a short drive to all New Buffalo restaurants, shopping, and the wineries of Berrien County. The kitchen and rest of the house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, extra blankets, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The family/hearth room was where we spent most of our time, the furniture was very comfortable making for a great place to hang out and watch a movie. We would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the beach. A favorite stay for sure!
