Great spot for a ski trip!
It was clean, spacious, and comfortable even for a large group. If you’re booking for your group, I’d recommend finding it on a map first, then sharing a GPS pin rather than sending the instructions to each member of your party!

Great space!
The house accommodated multiple families comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The host was very responsive, gave easy instructions, and gladly provided us with both an early check-in and late check-out. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great Home for Large Group!
The house was great for a large group. Suggestions would be the mattresses on the bunks were pretty poor and the water heater wasn’t sufficient to fill the large bath. Other than those two things, I would recommend.

Weekend Getaway
This property is great for a larger party in every way! Only thing I would say is that the mattress in the queen rooms, the futon in the office, and the bunk bed mattresses are so uncomfortable and very thin and hard. Suggest bringing something to help with that. The kitchen is very big with plenty of space to fit everything and everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our large group
We stayed over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The house was so large it didn’t make it feel like there were 16 of us. Eric was so informative before our arrival with all the directions and help we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property inside and out!
This house has rooms and COMFORTABLE beds for all family and friend groups imaginable! It is large, beautiful and accommodating. The property outside in the back is just as amazing and fun for all ages. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and grill while feeling like we were secluded in the woods far enough from any neighbors. Check in and out was a breeze. The house was clean, spacious and had plenty of towels, toiletries and everything you would need in the very large spacious kitchen! Access to the garage for parking was a plus. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great place, plenty of space and responsive host.
The place is clean and has everything you might need ( utensils, games, bbq grill, fire pit etc). If you are a big group bring your own coffee, bathroom toiletries and all you might need to cook/prepare your meals. Mike(Host) is super helpful and friendly.

Big home with a beautiful backyard
Let me start this off by saying the house is beautiful, nice and big for all 9 of us. Very spacious! We all had a great time and the view in the back is gorgeous! Check in and check out were a breeze. A few things to keep in mind for the next guest; There were not enough towels for everyone but there was a washer and dryer so cleaning them daily wasnt much of an issue. We did have to go purchase our own laundry soap however since there was only enough for one load. The house only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen so we did have to go out and purchase those as well. The house was decently clean but there was someone's leftover Panda Express on the top balcony, one of the tables in the kitchen had what seemed like sticky ice cream left on it, one of our guests accidentally dropped their phone in the couch and was greated with food crumbs while retrieving it, the jacuzzi had a build up of hair and bugs, and there was someone's leftover snack of tuna and crackers in the garage. All of which isnt much of a big deal and easily cleanable ourselves but with the cleaning fee and tip jar for the housekeeper it's issues we did not expect. When you check out you have to take out the trash, strip all of the linens off of the bed, and start the dishwasher which is totally understandable, and with the guests doing that at check out you'd expect the housekeepers would be able to take care of the smaller details. Overall, it was a great stay and well worth the money. Loved the house and location. And we would stay here again.

Family Fun
We had a group of 12 of us. House provided plenty of room for everyone. Huge kitchen area where everyone could eat together. Great location - close to Rainbow Lake so kids could paddleboard, kayak and fish. Family had a wonderful time.

Great, big, comfortable house
The house was as described & ready for us at check-in. Everything was in working order other than a couple of non-necessary kitchen appliances. A lot of room for our extended family gathering. Very nice setting in a quiet, very spaced out "neighborhood". Great host & great communication. We all voted to stay here again.

Spacious, Large Cabin!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house definitely has a “wow factor”. Large kitchen and dining area for big groups. Spacious guest rooms, huge master bedroom. The house was full of very convenient amenities. Outside back area was nice and relaxing. The built in BBQ grill with seating was a nice! Also loved the 2nd floor balcony to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this house to any large group! It was a great time!

Wonderful stay!
The property is beautiful. We had 15 stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. I was nervous about having close neighbors and noise (because my family is loud) but the house is so well insulated that you couldn't hear anything from outside. While we were there we wanted to watch some pay per view boxing and the property manager was extremely helpful and so quick to respond. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great property, Great House, Great Amenities!!!
We had a great time on our little weekend getaway. The space was perfect for a large group with plenty of kids. The only recommendations we have are 1) Keeping the firewood in a dry location, the wood set out for us was a little wet so starting a fire was a little difficult. 2) Having some kind of boot/shoe scraper outside. It got pretty muddy so this would have helped keeping the house clean.

Great Lot, Nice House!
The pine filled acre and out door living area were great! The house was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. The master and single queen bedroom had very nice beds. As for the other beds in the house they were less than comfortable. The kitchen had many pots and pans and more small appliances than one could use, however, there was not a single piece of storage ware for left overs, not even Plastic wrap to cover a dish. The silverware was minimal and required washing after each meal. Trash bags, paper towels, and toilet tissue were provided in a less than adequate supply for the size of house and number of guests. The house is energy efficient but not climate controlled. Our group ranged from 10 months to 60 years old. There is no was to have the house at a constant temperature. At night the bedrooms were extremely warm and cooled off during the night which is problematic for young children who could not keep covers on. The whole house fan system is very loud and comes on and off all hours of the night. This is a beautiful home and nice property. Just come prepared with all kitchen staples and food storage needs. Bring extra paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet tissue. Luckily the store is near by if you need to run out to get supplies.

This home was beautiful and very clean. Our party had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was the wi-fi signal ... it ran extremely slow. However, we would stay there again if given the chance.

Beautiful property - the perfect place to relax
What a fantastic place to decompress and do a whole lot of nothing. We had a great getaway as an extended family, where we did nothing much but sleep, eat, and relax. The house was large and beautiful - even with eight of us there was plenty of space to spread out and read, play games, and do lots of cooking. Within five minutes our daughter was already planning a trip here for next year, when hopefully we're all out of quarantine and can bring her best friend. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. Things to know - there are PLENTY of cooking utensils in the well-appointed kitchen, including a waffle iron and a spice rack. There's also a water filtration system for the house, so leave the bottled water at home. Thanks again for a great stay.
