Cozy and lakefront cabin on Rainbow lake, large fenced deck and 2 grills!!!

Enjoy the best and most unforgettable vacation with your family or friends, or take a romantic getaway with your loved one in this cozy and beautiful lakeside cabin. Come and have fun any time of year summer, winter, spring and fall (in fall, you are going to see many leaves falling from the trees, it’s the season!). On the dock, you can park your own boat, feed the ducks, or fish from there. We provide free kayaks, and a paddle board to guests at the cabin. In addition, we have life jackets for all sizes, tennis rackets, and pickleball paddles for you to enjoy on the tennis and basketball courts located just steps from the house. In the lake, there are a variety of fish, including carp, trout, catfish, bass, and pike. You also have the option of visiting Sunrise Ski Resort 45 minutes away, for skiing or snow sports. The cabin has the largest deck that you've ever seen. Half of it is covered and the other half is open-air. We have 2 BBQs on the patio and a dining area for 6-8 people, a fireplace. The patio has furniture where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the lake with your companions, appreciating the wildlife around the cabin, or enjoying the soothing sound of birds. We are located in a gated community. It's very quiet and very close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, etc. The deck is fenced for safety of children and pets. There are three access gates: one leading to the street, and two leading to the lake.

We apply a 10% discount if you book for more than 7 days and a 15% discount if you book for more than 28 days.

The HOA has been very strict. Please use this house for vacations and not for parties, loud noise, or adding more people to your reservation; only the number allowed by the host. This cabin has been our second home, our summer home. Our children enjoyed the peaceful outdoors. I hope you enjoy it too and take care of this place as if it were your own. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need to offer you the best rest and vacation.

New Years Stay

I went with my family for New Years and the place was just perfect for our family. The location is great, close to restaurants, ski shop and supermarket. Also not too far from ski resort. The size of the cabin is great and we also enjoyed the patio and chimney. Any questions we had during our stay were promptly responded in the app.

I love this place.

I loved this place so much that I want to rent it again. Everything was very clean. We found some coffee cups and honey to sweeten the coffee. Vanessa was very friendly and always answered messages on time. The community is very nice, it has a tennis court, pickle ball, and basketball court. And of course, the wonderful view of the lake. It was very cozy, quiet, and beautiful place.

Great Place

Great Place with fun for the whole family. Enjoyed hanging out on the deck and fishing on the pier. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome experience, enjoyed every minute of it.

Great house, location and amenities

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two teens and another family. The four bedrooms were perfect for the nine of us. The house is in a perfect location on the lake and the kayaks were so nice to have. We loved having dinner on the patio and enjoying cool evenings outside. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely book this stay again!

Beautiful Lakefront House

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely go back. It is a charming house and very clean. There are also kayaks available to use and toys for kids to keep them busy. The covered deck with fireplace was very nice and with gates at all the entrances, it is very kid friendly. We had a wonderful time!

This property was beautiful, tranquil, and we loved our stay on the lake. The home is large and the beds and sheets are really comfortable. Jose, the handyman was very responsive and kind, and our doggies loved hanging out on the large covered patio. There are grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. The community is gated with lovely homes and welcoming neighbors provided guests are not noisy. I would have given 5 stars for everything except for a few things of which I spoke to the property manager who was responsive after a few attempts to reach her. Despite the manager saying the bathroom toilet in the primary bedroom had been fixed, it was very slow and intermittently had to be flushed twice. The 2 grills and the oven where dirty and we didn't use the grills at all. There were very few towels and washclothes which were provided after we asked. The TV offers very few channels and the internet is quite slow (we were told it's slow in many locations in Pinetop-Lakeside.) We did not have access to the large garage and there was 1 inch hail The kayaks could use some ropes to attach to the dock.Still we enjoyed our stay immensely and the manager suggested she would address these few issues.

Beautiful Cabin in Gated Community

My family and I stayed in a beautiful, well appointed cabin in Lakeside, AZ on Bald Eagle Drive. The cabin was lovely and well stocked. We did have trouble checking in because my "Wifi" and E-mails weren't coming through. Had to call VRBO to get entrance. The heating upstairs needs some work--but everything else was lovely. We would definitely return!

Winter Wonderland

On the way up car problems got here late called the manager Jose who escorted us in on the checkout had emergency at home called Jose again to help with the key. He was hospitable kind and caring, we apologized to him for bothering he said it was all good. In between the issues the home was beautiful and clean we all had a ball

Ok, not great

Check in was easy. Host is slow at responding. Landscaping not well maintained with weeds in front yard and rear landscaping lights broken and not working. Upstairs toilet ran all day and night, interior fireplace didn’t work and the large built in grill still isn’t working. This was our second stay here.

Washer had dirty rug full of water, and sink had dirty standing water. Broken gate to dock would not open. Ants in the house. No dish rags, only 2 wash rags. Fan in bedroom upstairs didn’t work. But maintenance man Jose was good.

Paradise!

Paradise! This cabin is absolutely beautiful and the deck breathtaking. I've been staying at different cabins in this community for years and this is my absolute favorite. It has everything you need and more. From spacious rooms to kitchen utensils. The property is very well taken care of and is astonishing. The pictures don't do this place justice. I was very happily surprised at the lack of bugs for being right on the lake. Having the availabilities to 5 kayaks was so perfect so we did not have to bring ours. I will definitely be staying here again, and I will be referring all my friends to this little piece of heaven. The host was so nice and helpful. Thank you to the owner for sharing your marvelous property and allowing us to create wonderful memories.

Great Location and Accommodations

This was a surprisingly great find! We were a little nervous because the pictures and some previous reviews weren't all amazing- BUT - the cabin was clean, it was literally on the dock where our kids hung out to kayak, paddle board and fish! It is located in a bay and at the end of the bay is a beautiful creek. The deck is huge and amazing! Inside was spacious and well equipped. The freezer did have a chunk of ice at the bottom and it tended to lightly leak (nothing big). Water pressure in the downstairs master shower was not very strong. The 2 bedrooms upstairs actually had queen beds, not a queen and king. The owner was quick to respond to all communication. The cabin is located in a quiet community but also a few miles from Safeway, Starbucks, Walmart, fast food and gas stations. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

What A Perfect Place for our Family Weekend

We were all quite pleased with this wonderful, 2 story, property. It allowed my wife and I privacy in our first floor bedroom while the kids and grands had theirs in the 2nd story. Lots of drawer space along with 2 sliding door closets, in our downstairs accommodations. The bathrooms were perfect. Ours had a jacuzzi tub which added to the relaxation of our vacation. My wife could soak while I was in the adjacent shower. The kitchen was ample sized and featured a workhorse of a gas range. The side by size fridge/freezer provided more than enough space. We found all the kitchen gadgets we needed for our meals. Adjacent to the kitchen was a laundry room with a newer style washer and dryer. While we didn't have the need, its wonderful to have, just in case. The kitchen table doubled as a game table, where we spent each night laughing over What do you Meme or UNO. Of course, if dining al-fresco is more your style, take it out to the spacious porch, as it features both a glass top table with chairs and a shorter coffee-table with padded patio furniture. There are 2 outdoor grills. The hard line grill is trickier to light, so be sure to have Jose show you the process. While he's there, have him show you how to light the outdoor gas fireplace. There is a path that leads down to the private dock, where you can do some fishing, but I recommend taking a short walk to the dock over by the tennis court, as it provides deeper waters The wifi worked but dropped occasionally

Short, easy drive to a relaxing mountain/ lake location. Very secure, quick response from property manager when needed. Location is very easy to go to local businesses, restaurants and community activities . Plenty of activities for the entire family as wellas relaxing. Will definitely go again
