CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, parking, and porch areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

FIRE PIT/OUTDOOR FIRES: Please be advised that due to the extremely dry conditions, outdoor fires are PROHIBITED until further notice. Thank you for helping us protect the forest!

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7.

Cozy mountain getaway
The property was quaint and cozy with pine tree views and a creek running through the backyard. It was peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect cozy cabin
This is the perfect cabin to enjoy the beautiful forest, quiet neighborhood and all the comforts of home. It had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway - comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and was immaculately clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful get away
One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Just a quick getaway for us. Beautiful home with really cool sun room off the Master Bedroom! Very nice Owners and property managers! We had no issues at all. We will definitely stay there again. Although it was just my myself, Husband and dog…this house is large and can accommodate a big family!

Quiet Neighborhood Cabin on a Creek
This cabin was right in the middle of Pinetop and super close to grocery/resturants. It was clean and accommodated all my families needs. Thanks again to the gracious hosts we look forward to returning again!

Beautiful view, amazing sun room, kitchen supplied well, close to everything including a major grocery store. Clean, comfortable, and safe. I would recommend Todd's house for a relaxing retreat.

Wonderful Time
My family had a great time staying at this home. Todd was great with communication and the check in/out was very simple. Located in town, but the home feels so secluded when sitting out back on the deck or in the yard. Close to lakes, shopping, restaurants, hiking, whatever you want to do. Beds are comfortable which is always appreciated. Great time had by all.

Relaxing home close to everything.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The sunroom overlooking the trees while enjoying my morning coffee was my favorite thing about this home. We had three teenagers (16, 16 and 14) and we all had plenty of space. We made s’mores by the fire at night and cooked several meals, the kitchen has everything you need. We took our dog and walked him around the neighborhood everyday, neighbors we saw were all very nice. Location is close to everything as well. The hosts were very attentive, we will absolutely stay here again.

Unique creekside getaway
We reserved this property for its central location to town hotspots and resources but also for its unique features. We were happy to see it was clean and ready earlier than expected and paid a little extra for a late checkout so as to not feel rushed after a week's stay. All the basics and necessities provided. Easy to use App TV. Back deck is fun for chilling and grilling. And the path down to the creek was fun. It's not an actively flowing creek right now but the trail is nice to stroll with dogs and enjoy nature. It's really quiet despite the distance to the main road through town and high school. We never ended up having a fire outside but it would have been nice in the dedicated spot they have for it. Maybe next time.
