AZ Lakefront Paradise with Fireplace- Aspens Cabin

This cozy one bedroom one bath cabin with a view of the lake is perfect for your next mountain getaway! Go fishing on the Rainbow Lake just steps away, or rent a row boat between April 1st and October 31st to enjoy some quality time out on the water. With private access to the stocked lake, guests are sure to enjoy fishing for Blue Gill, Catfish, Northern Pike, and even Large Mouth Bass. There are also several nearby Hiking Trails for guests who are looking to enjoy the fresh mountain air. After a beautiful day out, you can curl up in front of the wood burning fireplace, or grill out on the deck on the charcoal grill. The cabin has a full kitchen to conveniently cook all meals, and there is also Wifi provided to make down time in the cabin a breeze. There are 3 fire pits and a horseshoe pit for guest's to enjoy while staying at the resort. Whether you are looking to explore the White Mountains, or enjoy a quiet stay in, Lazy Oaks Resort is sure to fit your needs!

1 Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds
3/4 Bath with a Stand up Shower attached to the bedroom
1/2 Bath attached to the Living Room
Pet Fee $30/per pet per stay

Arrival:
Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after the office closes at 4pm, please contact us for directions about picking up your keys.

Departure:
Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times.

Pet Policy:
There is a $25 (plus tax) per-stay fee for each pet.
Pets must be on leases outside the cabins at all times.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Please bring disposal bags with you.
If your pets are allowed on your furniture, please bring sheets/blankets with you or ask for sheets when you check in.
Pets must be crated if you leave them alone in the cabins. You are responsible for any damage caused to our property by your pets.
If your pets shed excessively, please borrow a vacuum from us prior to your departure to clean up our cabin.
Any excessive mess or damage to the property will result in an extra $40 pet fee.

Cutest Little Cabin with a Great Location!
We loved staying at the Aspens Cabin at Lazy Oaks Resort. It has the best location. Great view of the lake and right on the end with a deck for enjoying the beautiful breeze and trees. We would definitely recommend! We will be back for a longer stay next time too!
