Sloppy renovation projects ongoing & they’re leaving rooms unkempt for guests. Not a good time for getting a room here, but it should improve once the work is completed. Headboard was removed from wall leaving a very unsightly scratch & sitting in a corner, they didn’t even bother to remove it, is one example.

My room was never cleaned, there was dirty bedding on the bed, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash was not emptied and it had roaches.

Absolutely false presentation of pictures it was run down dirty graffiti everywhere holes in walls and doors. You had to lift the door and push it shut. Dirty needed pressure washing everywhere outside inside the room needed to be cleaned and vacuumed cabinets falling apart, saw several bugs inside the room. Didn’t even stay there. I’ve seen nicer a better kept prisons.

The hotel is definitely very dirty. There were cockroaches, it smelled entirely of cigarettes, and the carpet was completely stained. For the price, it seems like there’s no one actually cleaning the rooms. It was absolutely filthy. We had to stay because, at that time of night, there were no other options. But if I could give a score below zero, I would. I honestly don’t know how these people can offer a service like this. Staying on the street or in your car is safer and more hygienic than staying at this hotel.

Room smelled awful, bedding stained, walls dirty, hole in door, dead cockroaches, loud talking in walkways late into the night, blinds on window don’t sit tight to window so there is a gap where anyone standing outside the room could just look into your room. The ccheck in staff was solid they did a good job in a tough situation.

The rooms are a nice size and love that they have full kitchens, as a disabled person it was easy to get around my room. The staff was nice and check in and out went really smooth.

The room was not for me soon as we opened the door you get slapped with cigarette smell it was crazy basically a waste of money went in and walked out just no way I could sleep there. There’s poop on the stairwell the place was just not what I expected

It’s a great place I’m staying here long term and I’m thankful for them the only thing I don’t like is that they stress me paying when I pay every time and they act like I’m trying to get over on them I got me and my family here which I know they have probably been burned by people but I’ve always pay and I have nowhere else to go so you are going to get paid that’s the only issue I have
