Really it's the kind of place you just like to stay in and not go out much. She supplies pretty much anything you need. I give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because she really accommodates! The main issue we encountered was the poor sealing of the front door, the next day of our first day of stay the inside of house was full of bugs that entered through the gaps of the front door , and some of the bug were even in the beds. "This was the best week! We felt at home immediately and we were sad to leave. The pictures do not do this property justice. The layout is PERFECT! Love the bedrooms are at opposite ends from each other. The storage space was incredible. Our host went above and beyond for us as I brought my 75 year old grandmother with me and 5 & 8 year old for our annual summer trip together. We are grateful!"

"The cottage was well furnished and comfortable, huge shower and tub, and a nice outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it's only a 5 minute drive to town with a lot of good options to eat there. The town itself was fun, lots of live music and friendly people. "Tin Star is a great place to stay. Very close to the center of Bandera. The unit is clean and well maintained. Actually purpose-built to be a rental. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Super dark at night, so lots of stars. My only nit is the unit could use more places for the traveler’s things. Zero horizontal surfaces available. Dresser completely filled with bedding. No hooks or available shelves in the bathroom. Otherwise awesome."
