"Located in trees, with the convenience of the nearby freeway entrance but with the noise that it brings in some of the rooms. There is also a freight train line between I5 and the Inn. We only saw 1 person working there. He was nice and courteous. The breakfast is not good. The bedroom was clean ..."

We live in Redding and wanted a place away from home to spend our Anniversary. We went on in to Dunsmuir the next day and had breakfast at Penny's Diner. Highly recommend the restaurant, very retro, and good food.
