Brandy herself was actually very amazing when I first reached out to her. She went above her way to help me with a booking of a property she owned. I wish I could rate her alone because she would get 5 stars. The fact is we checked in to a property that everything was broken (tv, holes in wall, stained carpet, broken towel racks, mirror broken), unclean (bed sheets were dirty and bed not made) and the outside matched as well with broken glass and tile everywhere and a broken fence. I reached out and informed her and offered her to contact someone I knew to help with fixing these things. I then proceeded to tell her I wasn’t going to be staying I cleaned the place out of the kindness of my heart and left it spotless and even put some things back together that was broken. I immediately told her as soon as I walked into the property of these things so that I would not be blamed for them. After checking out, I have been receiving nonstop bills of payment for all of these things that I did not cause the prior guest did or somebody must’ve broken into her property, accusing me of breaking all the stuff and wants money for me to pay for it. I don’t know where that miscommunication came in and where I am having health responsible because I found it like that, but based on my whole situation, I would never recommend anybody to stay here.
