Little Jewel in Lake Worth Beach
Everything is new and very clean. Parking is easy and private through the back street. Quiet - and everything is within walking distance. Downtown, restaurants, shops. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative. Great spot for one or two people. Travel-work-or play ..great place to stay....

Broken stay
Brandy herself was actually very amazing when I first reached out to her. She went above her way to help me with a booking of a property she owned. I wish I could rate her alone because she would get 5 stars. The fact is we checked in to a property that everything was broken (tv, holes in wall, stained carpet, broken towel racks, mirror broken), unclean (bed sheets were dirty and bed not made) and the outside matched as well with broken glass and tile everywhere and a broken fence. I reached out and informed her and offered her to contact someone I knew to help with fixing these things. I then proceeded to tell her I wasn’t going to be staying I cleaned the place out of the kindness of my heart and left it spotless and even put some things back together that was broken. I immediately told her as soon as I walked into the property of these things so that I would not be blamed for them. After checking out, I have been receiving nonstop bills of payment for all of these things that I did not cause the prior guest did or somebody must’ve broken into her property, accusing me of breaking all the stuff and wants money for me to pay for it. I don’t know where that miscommunication came in and where I am having health responsible because I found it like that, but based on my whole situation, I would never recommend anybody to stay here.

Walked into the last person’s mess
I booked this stay for half work, half relaxing weekend. We walked in and walked out without staying. First off the main house must be under construction cause the entire yard is full of debris. Then we tried to get in to the unit with the code. It didn’t work. Going back and forth with the owner for almost 20 minutes through calls and texts they had excuses but not the actual code to get in. We finally got in with the default code. That seems safe! When we did finally get in the place was dirty. The floor had dirt. The bed unmade and you could see the sheets were used and dirty. There was spit up toothpaste in the sink. The shower had piled up dirty towels in it. It was just gross. I was going to try and clean up but there was no cleaning products to do so. The host did say she could get someone out the next to clean. So I was supposed to sleep in dirty sheets? Not to mention I was not leaving my dogs alone in the house with a cleaner. I did not feel safe with that situation at all. Now she is refusing to refund me any money. I would definitely think twice before I rented this place.

Poor Communication from Host
I booked this property approximately 3 days prior to arriving. Once confirmed I emailed the host from the app. No reply. The day of I showed up early in hopes of finding somebody in the property, or have received an email, or information, but none of the above happened. I went ahead found a phone number listed in the booking called it it rang the connection was established but no one talked I stated I'm going to hang up because I cannot hear you and I don't think you're talking. I tried calling you back again straight to voicemail. I sent a message. No reply. By 4:15 when check in was at 4:00 p.m. had not received any message so I left and went to a secure area where I can contact VRBO customer service. Long story short VRBO verified the lack and pork communications from the host and has issued me a full refund. Still waiting for my refund but it's only been 6 days and I was told 5 to 8 days I should receive it.
