PLEASE NOTE:

This apartment is part of a 2-units duplex. This unit faces the backyard (not the street) and it is adjacent to the other unit with which it shares a wall. The backyard is not fenced to the street, and it is not divided between the 2 properties. However, each property has its own backyard sitting area and its own grill. Each sitting area is not visible from each other as they are both located at the far end of an "L" shaped backyard. The outdoor sitting area shown on the pictures is for your own use.

The laundry room is shared with the next door property and it is a stand alone-separate room located next to the car porch. Access to it is with a code provided to you.

This is a residential and very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a 5 min walk to Bryant Park for a walk alongside the Inter Coastal, or a 10 min bicycle ride to the beach crossing the bridge to Lake Worth Pier and Casino with all its restaurants. The beautiful Historic Downtown Lake Worth with Starbucks and lots of restaurants is only 0.5 miles away.

Nice bungalow for a getaway.
My wife and I were in Florida visiting friends before going on a cruise and this rental was the perfect place for us. Very cozy with all the necessary amenities and our host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home away from home
Just spent a week at this lovely property in Lake Worth. They thought of everything and it was very clean and well maintained. Great neighborhood close to downtown Lake Worth and the beach. Lovely backyard with grill and nice lighting. I will stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great host!
The unit was as described, comfortable, super clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a pretty garden with overhead cover to shade from the sun and a new Weber gas grill that we used frequently. Best of all, Cecilia was a more than helpful host. She quickly responded to our questions and needs from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay.

The property was a cozy getaway close to the beach. It promoted relaxation because you had a choice of driving to the beach or simply relaxing in the back yard. Great place in a great town
We had a wonderful stay in Lake Worth Beach. The unit was clean, confortable, well equipped, and charming. We especially appreciated the outside space in the garden and how quiet the neighborhood was. The host was very available, present, and communicative. We had no issues, but the host made sure everything was to our satisfaction and we knew that she was easy to reach if there was an issue. The unit is a convenient walking distance from downtown Lake Worth for dining and shopping. We highly reccomend.

Winter & Covid getaway
We stayed in the back half of this VRBO and loved it. The patio was shaded, fenced and very private. We walked to Bryant park and the intercostal waterway, over to Bennys on the beach almost daily for Great food and drinks. It's a 10 minute drive to The Old Key Lime house in Lantana for Key Lime Pie which is a must if staying here. Lelia was wonderful to work with, she returns your texts immediately. We will stay again!!!!

AWESOME stay!!
The place was fantastic. Very clean and well organized. The snacks, perks(bikes), and options(pillows) were a great and thoughtful addition to the property. We really enjoyed biking from there to Benny's on the Beach for breakfast. Cecilia was so nice and reachable. She responded to texts very quickly and covered everything thoroughly. I love this place!
I was here for the past two weeks. January 8-21. I love this place! My stay was wonderful from the time I checked in until I checked out. Everything was just as stated and the photos online are accurate. The place was very clean. Lelia my host was the best. She made us feel very comfortable. She checked throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Pretty peaceful quiet area, especially the outdoor patio and landscaping. Short walk to Brantley Park and close to all food and shopping. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Relaxation at its finest
This rental is absolutely stunning. From the magnificent landscaping to the great backyard Hangout spot. And let's talk about inside most comfortable beds including the fold out queen in the living room. Everything that you could possibly need. If you're looking for a place to kick your feet up and relax and not have to worry about anything, this is your place. Extremely easy to get into. And a very quiet, safe neighborhood which what was important for me. Even the neighbors are fabulous. My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway that's easy access to anything in the area.

Cecelia was phemoninal. Answered our emails in advance. Exceptional accommodations and superb hostesses
We had a wonderful experience at this property! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a basket of snacks for our enjoyment! The place was lovely, and great care was taken to ensure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all items needed for cooking. The hostesses were very generous in providing basics necessities that are easy to forget to pack for cooking. We had plenty of paper towels, coffee filters, etc. and there was no extra expense for these items.The bed was very comfortable and had special “reading lights”, which my husband and I loved! We thoroughly enjoyed using the grill and hanging out on the back patio with the beautifully landscaped yard. The white lights that were set on a timer were a wonderful touch! We were within close driving distance of various public beaches and enjoyed exploring the area.

Great hospitality and place
We stayed here for 3 nights before flying back home to Europe. The area is really convenient to explore West Palm Beach (you can cycle up there if you are up for it), Fort Lauderdale or Lake Worth itself. Cecilia was a great host, before and during our stay. As she lives on prem (though the apartment has an own entrance and garden), it is really easy to get in touch with her and get her advice. Cecilia is also very quick to react to suggestions regarding the apartment and has plans to further optimise a couple of minor things such as the bathroom window (currently can't be fully opened). The apartment is well kept with all amenities you will ever need, including snacks and refreshments. The area is really quiet and it's great to chill in the backyard that is beautifully kept. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Cecilia and many great reasons to come back!
