Completely remodeled studio , but still has a sperate kitchen . for a perfect getaway in the heart of Downtown Lake Worth with plenty of space to kick back and relax. It's on the same street as the Lake Worth golf course just 3 blocks away. It is just 6 blocks from the main avenue "Lake Ave" shops, restaurants and bars, festivals, the Play House and movie Theatre. The Publix grocery store is a 15-20 min walk and it is 3 blocks from the intracoastal and just a 30 minute walk to the beach. There are squirrels in the area and you will hear them on the roof . NO ANIMALS ON PROPERTY as it effects the welfare and health of resident .

DONT TRUST OWNER OF PROPERTY
Never arrived at property,our resevastion was cx by owner. We were to arrive on moving day & as it went move took way longer than expected. I communicated this to owner & within 15 mins our room was cx with NO EXPLENATION! We were homeless at 9pm in the eve! Aweful of owner Alizah. VRBO refunded $$ Can not trust to rent again.

Mini Vay Cay with my man!
We had a very comfortable stay. The boat was exceptional and the studio apartment was adorable. A little hit at times, but the box fan helped. We definitely made use of the kitchen! The location and ease of access were great! We definitely recommend!

If you don’t mind rats in the walls, on the roof or in the rental unit, this place is for you.
1. If you review my evaluation by hosts on all rental sites, you will find that I am well-respected with an impeccable reputation as a good renter. 2. The unit was much smaller than the wide-angle camera shots in VRBO. The bathroom and kitchen are tiny; the oven is circa 1950. 3. There are RATS that run on the roof, in the walls and a rat the size of a small house cat ran across the floor INSIDE the unit. You cannot sleep with all the noise produced by the rodents. 4. The host was aggressive when I called her about the rodent problem. I was, understandably, really upset. Her solution was to tell me to leave—which I planned to do anyway. 5. The neighborhood is noisy—be prepared for lots of cars with loud bass music driving by all night long. This is not a place that you will feel safe walking. 6. The host will, no doubt, bad-mouth me about my attitude and my cleanliness. Again, for the truth, read all other comments by other hosts who all have welcomed me back. 7. If you want a pleasant place to stay in a safe neighborhood with a gracious host, and the “wildlife” OUTSIDE your living space, DON’T STAY HERE.

Terrific location
My husband and I absolutely loved this studio and wished we would have booked it sooner. The style of the decor was fantastic and the property manager answered all of our questions in a time fashion and even allowed us a longer morning stay. We are definitely recommending this location wo all of our family and friends!
