The aircon in the main area took hours to warm, we weren't able to use the fireplace, the property doesn't have the capacity to cope with anywhere near the number of people specified - ran out of water, no hot water, septic system failed after 30 hours. On reporting the issue with the septic system prior to checking out, the Agent, without approval, used our credit card to pay the plumber's account. "This is the most beautiful house painted into a live canvas surrounded by nature. You live amongst the trees, wallabies, koalas & several types of song birds. No need to visit animal sanctuaries-you’re bound to see these animals during your stay. We relaxed in the incredible heated salt water pool & lounged on the Bali daybed.
