perfect weekend!
This was a lovely place to stay! Listening to the waterfall was a perfect way to relax for the weekend. The owner was so wonderful and informative sending us all sorts of activities and restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this rental!

Tremendous view of Lake Toxaway Falls. Immaculately kept, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful interior! The owner contacted us several times to see if everything was to our satisfaction.

I cannot say enough about how genuinely caring and considerate our host was ! This condo with the speculator view of the falls was so cozy and had EVERYTHiNG you could possibly need ! The location is not only beautiful, but centrally located to attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Falling Waters condo is a great mountain getaway
We really enjoyed our time in the condo. The den/living room seating was very comfy and cozy with four recliners, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Keurig. Such a nice view of Lake Toxaway Falls too! The location was great for exploring nearby hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls, also not far from Cashiers and Highlands. The Greystone Inn was a very nice place to dine and take a boat ride in Ms. Lucy. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

Better than advertised. This 2 bedroom has everything you need for a wonderful getaway to the mountains including its own beautiful waterfall view. The owner was terrific in answering any questions, making sure we were satisfied upon checking in. I’ve stayed in 5 different cabins or condos in the area and this was the best.

This is definitely one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO. The owner had thought of everything we needed and then some. He provided a very comprehensive list and ideas of things to do. We already plan to return at a later date.

Great Location
Having the falls right off the deck was wonderful. You could hear it as soon as you arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. I loved the Keurig and my husband loved his perked coffee. The hummingbirds put on quite a show. Would love to come back.

Outstanding Mountain Getaway
From the start, the host took get care and concern for our family’s safe arrival. The condo is beautifully appointed and extremely clean. The location is unique and picturesque, not to mention drivable to Cashiers, Brevard and many terrific outdoor activities. If you’re new to the area, it will set a very high bar. If you’re a repeat visitor to NC, I’ll bet you’ve never seen it from this vantage point. The waterfall view is breathtaking, and will certainly leave you wanting to plan your return trip!

Best Getaway Ever!
My wife and I needed to escape the everyday slog and Falling Waters was perfect! The moment we opened the door we knew that we'd picked the perfect place. It was absolutely spotless and full of character, but it was the view and the soothing white noise of Toxaway Falls that was the icing on the cake. There's nowhere like the mountains and the location was great for the odd excursion to Highlands, Cashiers, and of course Lake Toxaway. There's an excellent restaurant at the top of the hill and plenty more close by. Our host was super nice and very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and the housekeeper does a sterling job. Falling Waters is equipped with everything we needed, and more. Just loved the place and can't wait to go back!

Fabulous condo with gorgeous view of the falls!
This was the best experience for us! We loved the condo and all the extras provided! Cindy, the manager, helped us quickly with the TV since we don't have a Roku TV and Jim, the owner, called from his cruise in South America to reset the password to get us into FUBO. Cindy is such a nice person and exceeds in making sure she handles anything you need! This condo has everything plus coffee, cream, sweeteners, even a taco meal in case you get hungry! Jim shared info about where to eat and we tried them all! He even gives mileage to other towns and tells you what is there to do. The porch had such comfy chairs to watch the falls. We will be back!

Dangerous walk to swimming/fishing hole
I choose this property because of the fall view (excellent) and "5 minute hike to swimming/fishing hole" (inaccurate). Hole was a 5 minute drive and then a treacherous hike. A large "Danger" sign at top of trail warned about "steep and slick trail, snakes, bears ... life threatening injuries and deaths have occurred on waterfalls." With considerable help I made the journey to the lovely hole. However, I would not recommend this VRBO fo those who wish to hike with children or with adults less than extremely fit .

Memoria Day at Toxaway Falls
We came across this gem by accident and boy am I glad we found this place. We couldn't have found a better location for our Memorial Day mountain getaway. The condo had left nothing to be desired. It was stocked with all the necessities (coffee machine and k-cups, toaster, washer, dryer, super clean grill on the balcony). I packed a bunch of kitchen supplies bc I wasn't sure what to excpect and didn't need anything (I even found parchment paper). The most noteable thing to mention is the beautiful waterfall right behind the building. We originally planned on visiting different waterfalls in the area but ended up spending our whole weekend at Toxaway Falls. Our children loved exploring the waterfall and we spent lots of time cooling off in the water. From the moment of booking the property the owner kept in touch and was available if we needed anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We will most definitely return.

Most enjoyable stay
The waterfall and changing leaves were beautiful. The condo was exactly as represented. Both Jim and the local contact, Cindy, were extremely responsive. Everything was clean and fully stocked We would recommend and return. The only slight problem, not the owner's fault, was a slow internet but this is expected in the mountains. We almost cancelled because of the hurricane damage to the area but all roads were good and restaurants and stores were open. A great week.
