The home is on the Grindelwald side of the river, a short walk from "Terminal" (for train connections, and gondola to Kleine Scheidegg), and with a bus stop literally out the front door (with connections to the center of Grindelwald). "The property has the most outstanding views of Lake Lucerne and is situated in a remote spot on the edge of a quiet village. Beautiful area. The garden and hot tub are not well maintained, with the garden being quite overgrown and not as per photos. View from ground floor bedroom was obscured by plants that need to be cut back. Third bed (made of pallets) wasn’t made up on arrival and no linen in the property to allow us to do it ourselves. Owner was quick to reply to my message, but no apology...
