This is the perfect Lake Placid location. Kim is a communicative and respectful host. We were here for a lacrosse tournament and the location could not be more convenient. We will be returning.

Nice stay, great location.
Myself and 5 other family members stayed here to visit the Lake Placid region. The house was comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient to the different Olympic venues and other site seeing attractions, and a short distance to get into town.

Great location. Close to Village of Lake Placid but in quiet tucked away neighborhood.
The home was clean, spacious, and inviting. Owner Kim was very easy to work with. We were able to have our dog along for the weekend so that was a huge plus.

Beautiful cottage
This was our 6th stay at this beautiful cottage. We always have 2 dogs with us , and all the time they are so happy. This place is their favorite. Everything is perfectly fine.

Very comfortable house, more home away from home than vacation rental. Well appointed kitchen. Big yard on a quiet loop, good for pups. Plenty of space for 5 adults and a dog. Perfect location, 2 minutes to the Olympic Center or to Ski Jumps, 15 mins to Whiteface.

House was clean, and property was well-kept. We were in Lake Placid for a lacrosse event, which was being held only a mile from where Kim’s house is located so it was perfect for our family. Also, only a short ride to town which was terrific.

Perfect House
We had an amazing stay at this house! The house was in a great location and was perfect for our family including the dog. The property was large enough for our dog to run around and there are a lot of friendly dogs in the neighborhood. The owner was incredibly helpful and was there anytime something was needed.

Amazing Stay!
The property was really nice and well maintained. Kim was very kind and helpful with the communication. Just one issue that none of the bathroom doors get locked but everything else was fantastic. The property has great space to relax and enjoy. Loved it.

Location of the house is incredible. Right near main st, but in the woods to get that quiet Adirondack feel. Beautiful neighborhood. Kim is a great host! Had a great weekend teaching the nephew and niece how to ski, and the dogs loved being able to join us for once on the trip!

Wonderful weekend in Lake Placid
This house was situated perfectly for us with it being a 7 min. drive from downtown but close to the wonderful Caprisce Cafe (amazing coffee and chai lattes) and the Big Slide restaurant. The host was very quick to respond to questions and was very flexible when we asked to switch our dates to one day earlier. The house was very nice with a few signs of wear and tear (dings and a few minor holes in the sheetrock). We definitely would stay here again.

Lovely home! Perfect for a weekend getaway!!
This house is in a great location! Awesome brewery within walking distance and a short Uber ride away from the center of town. Kim, the owner was so nice and maintained a very clean house stocked with everything you will need for a weekend away! We brought our dog with us and there was plenty of yard space for him to enjoy as well. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking
