The house was recently renovated and features 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms plus a loft. The house is just over a mile to Main St and within walking distance to 2 local favorite restaurants. Perfect location with its proximity to Main St yet just far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the Adirondacks.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen and open living spaces on both floors, great for families or large groups. The expansive deck features a hot tub and the side fenced in yard has a large firepit.

We had such a great time and this house was perfect! The rooms were spacious and there was room for the kids to be kids and the owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here

Great place for a big group! Easy drive to town and walkable if you wanted. We loved the heated bathroom floors! We would definitely stay here again!

The location and house exceeded our expectations. Pleasantly surprised by how close to town the house was and it was even nicer in person than in pictures. Lots of communal space inside and privacy outside. Hot tub was a little slimy, but overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Winter Weekend
This was our second friend getaway at this house. We had a terrific weekend along with a spring snowstorm. The hosts were very welcoming and offered several ideas on how to enjoy the snow and area. Kids love the downstairs space and games. This home has plenty of room for all and the radiant floor heat is a bonus. The adults enjoyed chatting and sitting by the fire upstairs but could use a couple more seating options for multiple visitors. Thank you for allowing our family pup to join us as well. We look forward to reliving our memories until next time.

Great place to stay in Lake Placid
Second time we have used this home. It is a perfect location for our group. We walk into town everyday and enjoy big group dinners each evening. The house needs a name.

Family ski weekend
We all had a great time! Place is nicer than the pictures show. Lots of room for everyone. Had so much fun with the hot tub, air hockey and fooseball. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. Hope to come back next year. The walk to town is not too long and the rail trail, which is great for walking or cross country skiing, is super close. We brought our pup and she had a blast too! Spent time in Wiseguys and the Boathouse as both are dog-friendly. Also had a great meal and drinks at Lisa Gs which is right down the street.

House under construction
This property is currently under construction which the photos do not show. Furthermore the washer and dryer did not function correctly. Several rooms had no electric outlets working, the games down in the basement were broken. Host did reach out and promise to take care of things after we arrived. They then left for vacation and promised a refund in full only to get one night refunded. I would not recommend this property at this current time

Excellent Property
We had a great stay in this home with ample space and bathrooms for 11 people! Easy communication with the owners next door and great entertaining spaces both inside and out making it fairly weather proof (bit of a rainy weekend for us but still worked out great)! Beautiful and clean when we arrived with fans for the warm/humid evenings we had. Definitely recommend!

Awesome Time in Lake Placid!
House was great! Perfect for our group of 11! Very spacious and they provide all the essentials!! We enjoyed evenings out on the deck, the hot tub, and the fire pit! Can easily walk to town or Wise Guys where we ate lunch! Would definitely stay here again!

We cannot say enough about the incredible quality of this place. It is clean, well furnished, beautiful, accommodatng for a larger group and just an overall joy to stay in. The hosts are such nice people. We would love to book again and again in this very gorgeous property. Close to Placid’s beautiful Main Street and the Olympic Center!

Really great place! Stayed with family and friends. 3 different families and PLENTY of space for EVERYONE! One thing to note is that this place is even more impressive in person!! Host was really nice and easily accessible and super accommodating. Check in and out was real easy. Would highly recommend staying here- it will definitely exceed your expecations!!!

The house and host were amazing. Ben and Ashley were wonderful host and were there when we had questions. The house was clean and very welcoming. Heated floors in some of the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms was a welcome surprise and used each day. We will be back. Thank you again for making us feel welcome.
