Permit#200220. Rustic motif in this beautifully furnished 2 story, 2 bedroom town home on the 18th fairway of historic Whiteface Golf Club. Views of the amazing Adirondack mountains and within very short walking distance to shores of Lake Placid. Whiteface Club visitor passes* provided for Club shore and beach access. Wood burning fireplace/wood provided. Deck with flower gardens overlooking golf course. WiFi enabled. Cable television. Queen sofa bed. Cross country skiing in/out from deck. Bicycles (2) available in 1 car garage. Full kitchen completely provided with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, microwave, coffee makers (K-cup and drip),etc. Linens and towels provided.Trash and plowing service provided as well. Minutes from downtown Lake Placid as well as golf, tennis, cross country skiing, sleigh rides available.

Family vacation in Lake Placid
Everyone in the family enjoyed their stay. The home is very comfortable and clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive of all Lake Placid activities. We hope to return next winter.

Lake Placid - Great Location
My family stayed in Lake Placid for my son’s hockey tournament. Instead of staying in hotel, we chose this townhouse for comparable price and more space and amenities. Great location on golf course, walking distance to lake, and 5 min drive to downtown. Very clean and spacious and would recommend to others.

Place was perfect we had a wedding on property, great location very close to venue. I just would recommend some lime away for cleaning the master bath and shower.

Christmas Break
We stayed between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Great location, just a short drive to town. Very quiet, even though it's a condo attached to additional units. The location is on a golf course, we took walks every day, it's a beautiful area. Although not "luxurious" this rental is a great stay for the Lake Placid area. We would stay here in the future.

Very pleasant stay
I am going to be honest this is my first time ever renting a property like this and after this trip I will DEFINITELY do it again, The place was very nice. Comfortable and super convenient to Lake Placid, grocery and some shopping. I loved having three bathrooms and the common area was nice and cozy. I do recommend this property.

Really Great Location
Jeff is very welcoming and attentive to ensure we were happy with our stay. The location is perfect, just far enough from the bussel of town but a short drive if you need anything from the store. It's about a 15 minute drive to Whiteface. The condo is well kept and we really enjoyed a roaring fire every evening. I highly recommend this property, the price was fantastic as well.

A cozy winter retreat
We had such a lovely weekend in Lake Placid, using this home as our base to see and do all of the fun winter activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the wood fireplace, which really helped us to stay warm during a bitter cold snap that weekend. Plenty of wood supplied by the owner was all dry and easily accessible in the garage. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Host was extremely communicative and accommodating. There was a mix up with the cleaning company but he did what he needed to do to make the situation right. I left my daughters iPad and he was so kind to arrange to have it shipped back as well.

Beautiful location, adequate rental unit.
Five lightbulbs were not working. Two of those lightbulbs were in the ceiling fixture at the top of the staircase. So there was no lighting to illuminate the staircase. That is clearly A safety hazard for myself as well as my 89-year-old mother. I notified the property manager the morning after I arrived, but the lightbulbs were not changed during my stay. I had to get up on a chair in the hallway to change the bulb myself, taking the bulb from another fixture in the house. The owner should also consider using LED bulbs. I could feel the heat coming off the lightbulbs in the bathroom. There was a used towel left on the back of the master bathroom door. The placemats on the dining room table had some sticky areas on them. The fan in the second upstairs bedroom is not working properly. We had to prop up the cage surrounding the fan on a stack of books. In the second bedroom, only one window opens. The second window has no handle to open it. Sheets and towels were clean. Thank you for stocking a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap.

Spacious with beautiful views
This property is very comfortable, for families or groups, with well-equipped kitchen, and a well-placed dining area with access to the porch and lovely views of the open space. It is, however, difficult for people with limited mobility, because of the steep stairs to the bedrooms and full bathrooms.

This was such a great stay for our family for the time we needed it. Everything we needed was available including laundry pods to do laundry! Very clean, extremely close to the village. Would for sure rent again!

Nice option by the lake
This is a nice little place that is very functional and has the big bonus of access to the lake & its activities by virtue of being part of the Whiteface Resort. The owner was very nice and very fair when I had a minor (unusual it seems) issue the first day and refunded me part of my stay due to it. Owner lives abroad so best to communicate questions early in case there is a delay in response.
