This amazing waterfront vacation rental places 11 guests in an ideal park and walk location.  It is right in the center of Main Street allowing you to walk to all kinds of dining choices, pubs, entertainment options, parks, shopping, Olympic Arenas, Public Beach with tennis courts and playground and lots more! Launch the canoe or one of the three kayaks available from the private dock, jump in for a swim during the summer months.  Bring along your ice skates and step out to glide along the lake edges on a pathway cleared by the town after the lake freezes in the winter. So much to see and do just in the immediate area around you!

This amazing home has a wall of windows for a bright, sunny interior that presents gorgeous lake and mountain views from inside and out! There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals to dine at home, 2 dining areas, a large living room with wood fireplace and entry to the deck, a family room/den upstairs and another den on the lower level with access to the patio. The lower level also has a sauna, perfect for those who like to de-stress after long days on Whiteface Ski Mountain, or some outdoor sporting fun! This unique home also boasts a "mother-in-law" suite complete with bed, futon, kitchenette area with mini-fridge and stove, microwave and a counter with chairs, thereby presenting groups opportunity for some private time and space accessed by a private door or through the main house.

The deck spans the length of the house and holds a grill and outdoor tables with enough space for everyone to dine outdoors while gazing on the scenic views.  Step down to the yard to spend time around the firepit toasting smores for dessert! The yard offers space for outdoor games and the lower patio is great for any kind of weather. Take an easy walk to explore the center of this quaint Village, browse the shops, take in a movie and an ice cream or stay home and enjoy your private lakefront! The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
