Complimentary on-site amenities include a shared pool and fitness center. You can walk over to the clubhouse to make tee times for golf or enjoy a short drive to one of the many other renowned courses within minutes of the condo. Take a break from the links with some lakefront fun with fishing, swimming, and boating on the Lake of the Ozarks, or explore the natural surroundings with a leisurely hike in the Lake of the Ozarks State Park.

The condo features all the modern comforts and conveniences of your own home, including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
