Stay at this Waterfront Lake Ozark Condo just minutes from popular Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam Blvd. with shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Have fun at this SummerHaven Condominium decorated in a tropical theme. The condo is located by water on the 3 mile marker from Bagnell Dam. Drive 5 minutes to Bagnell Dam Blvd for restaurants and shopping and about 10 minutes to Osage Beach shopping, restaurants and entertainment. You and your family can enjoy water-front views and sunsets from the Covered Deck. Relax and grill-in on the Deck with patio furniture, buffet bar and 4 burner gas grill with side burner. The Kitchen has all the amenities of home with a side by side refrigerator-ice and water in the door and electric double oven stove and microwave. The Living Room has a couch and love seat for comfy tv watching, NEW 55 IN. Flatscreen HDTV, ROKU, DVD Blu-Ray player, stereo and CD player. Dining area has seating for 6. Ceiling Fans are in bedrooms, living room and on the deck. Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a euro-pillowtop mattress. The Guest Bedroom has 2 queen-size mattresses. Living room 55"TV has Charter Spectrum Streaming and Roku will turn TV into a Smart TV. TV 's in bedrooms have Roku smart TV for streaming Spectrum and Netflix watching if you have a Netflix account. Also a Blu-Ray player for your DVD watching.

Our cove is great for water skiing, jet skiing, fishing and swimming. Also, the crystal clear saltwater pool is just steps away from the condo for children and adults to enjoy. Relax poolside on the many loungers to build on your tan.

Karen’s place is cutely decorated and makes you feel like you’re vacationing at a tropical paradise. Big ‘margaritaville-themed’ porch with awesome lake view. Perfect location to the pool! Karen made sure we had no issues upon arrival.

The condo was just right for our family in a quiet cove yet minutes from amusements. We could watch wildlife and relax on the deck. Everything we could need was provided in the condo-even some spices. Thanks to Karen for making this such an easy and stress free vacation!

FANTABULOUS!
This property is by far one of the BEST places my family & I have stayed for vacation. The host was extremely pleasant and thorough with all necessary information needed for a phenomenal stay. We stayed for 1 full week and had everything provided so we wanted for nothing. VERY clean and easy to access. Condo had everything we needed including games, extra blankets and plenty of kitchen stuff. Outdoor seating was nice and comfortable. Karen was so nice to work with and made sure we didn’t have any issues or questions. She even offered us a early/late check in/out because it worked with the housekeeping schedule.

Bachelorette Weekend!
This place is cute and comforting! We had a beautiful sunset view. We spent the weekend here for a bachelorette party of 8 girls total. The night out places we went to were about 10-15 min away! Lazy Gators was only 12 minutes away and thats where we got picked up in a shuttle to Coconuts. The owner is super sweet and she made sure check in and check out was an easy process! I will definitely be back! (: Thank you!!!

Great place to stay with a very nice hostess!
The property had a great location right next to the water with ducks, fish, & turtles you could see from the balcony (beautiful at sunset). There was a nice pool for the kids & adults just a few steps away. The condo was fully furnished, clean, & homey. There were helpful instructions on how to work the electronics and all expectations for our arrival & departure were clearly stated. The hostess herself was very sweet, calling to discuss things before we arrived (giving great recommendations on things to see & places to eat), during our stay make sure we were enjoying ourselves, & after to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in that area!
