French doors from living room open to the lake, you feel like you are outside even when you're not. Water is just 30 feet from house and typically has a nice breeze all year long.
2008 Pontoon boat (fits 10 people) available to rent - $1,700/week, or $250/night prorated for nights stayed if less than 1 full week.
Lake has sandy bottom and is shallow (1-3 feet deep typically) at shore until approximately 50 feet out where it drops to greater depths, perfect for smaller children and adults who want to float and have fun. Lake is also great for fishing and boating.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Main floor bedroom with private full bath has queen-sized bed.
Upstairs master bedroom with slider door to balcony overlooking the lake.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs.
Large formal dining room.

Jordan Lake offers a public boat launch, Buddy's restaurant on the water, public beach with volleyball and playground.
There are also plenty of activities in the local area. Home is located just 30 minutes from Ionia County Park which offers 149 campsites (100 modern and 49 rustic), 4,500 acres that offer a swimming beach, good fishing in Sessions Lake, floating blow climbing tower on the lake, camping, hunting, 3.5 miles of hiking trails looped within the park, nine miles designated for mountain bike trails, 15 miles of horse trails and a boat launch. There are also three designated trail loops for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling when there is four inches or more of snow.
There are several fairs and festivals in surrounding towns and Lake Odessa is known for their antique shops downtown. Or grab dinner at Buddy's on the water, visit I96 Speedway, grab an ice cream at the Dairy Queen or check out the Lake Odessa Village public park (free) that boasts Swifty's Place - a city block of climbing, swinging, sliding fun for kids!
