"Overall a good stay, the hosts were very prompt to reply when we had issues using the smart lock (our mistake, not theirs) and communicated effectively at all times. Only thing that makes me give 4 stars is the cleanliness in some parts of the house. There was a used wad of paper towel on the stairs upon arrival, one of the bathtubs needs to be updated and the upstairs bedroom floors felt like they hadn't been moped. Otherwise, it was a comfortably place with great hosts."

"House was clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen had all the essentials. Lots of streaming options on TV. We were unfortunately unable to enjoy the back patio firepit due to weather. Would definitely stay again"

"The Javelina House was extremely close to Grandma’s house, perfectly located for our family needs. The host was easy to reach and the home guidelines were clear and concise with lots of suggestions of eateries and attractions. The home was very clean and inviting. A great place to stay in Lake Montezuma. "

"Lisa’s place was adorable, comfy beds and plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. We loved watching the sunset from the back porch. We also loved the deer that would come by to visit in the am/pm. We even had a group of Javelina’s come through one night! A short drive into Sedona but the piece and quiet at Lisa’s place was worth it!!"
