Once the leaves fall it opens up the view where you get a 120 degree view of the lake and mountains. Sunset is absolutely beautiful! The stars are absolutely beautiful in the Lake Lure area since there isn't a city close by. There are stairs to get down to the boat house, so if stairs are an issue I wouldn’t recommend this home. The home is secluded and in a quiet neighbor. We do not allow any pets but service dogs are welcome. You can get into the water from the boat house and float in the sun all day. There is a swimming area perfect for small children. We have lots of floats that we provide for the guests. There is a kayak and paddle board to use in the lake. If you have a boat you can dock it at the boat house or rent one at near by boat rental companies. The master bedroom has a private balcony and all the rooms are spacious. The home is located 5 minutes from Chimney Rock and is surrounded by hiking trails, bouldering, and waterfalls. There are lots of restaurants and places to eat close by. There's a Winery, Brewery, Mexican Restaurant, Country Cooking Diner, several Ice cream shops, Bar and Grill, Italian Restaurant, Japanese, lots of shops, and many more only 5 minutes from this home.
